I would have said possibly cleaned because there appears to be a haze around the stars. Otherwise it looks like a nice AU58 or maybe a frosty MS60-61. Just my opinion though.
The details certainly suggest that it could be uncirculated but the surfaces look like that of a coin that has been over-dipped. It's very difficult to say for sure from scanned images.
Thank you everyone for confirming my strong suspicions. This guy was trying to sell this coin off as MS66, uncleaned.... blah blah blah... So yeah, my radar went up as it looked too good to be true... I passed. Feel good about it.
