I got to ask...

How does a nickel planchet get in the process of minting when they are producing twenty five cents?..

maybe stuck in hopper, maybe picked up off floor and thrown in hopper , maybe on purpose, maybe stuck in machinery , etc etc as we were not there when it happened, the how it got there will always be open to conjecture.
