I hate it when a numeric grade is given to an error coin when little thought is given to strike conditions etc. CCCS, PCGS and NGC are all guilty. Just call them unc. It makes no sense as to why they would not certify an error(unless of course they cert it as a wrong error type) after all when the coin is certified genuine with grade then the error,s follow suit as genuine(non PMD of course).
