The third coin is the 1977 Silver Jubilee 25 pence coin designed by Andrew Machin. The reverse depicts the 14th century Ampulla and 12th century spoon that are still used to anoint the British monarch in the coronation ceremony.
The fourth coin is a cupro-nickel 25 pence coin issued by Great Britain in 1980 to celebrate the Queen Mother's 80th birthday. Like the other two British crowns, it was issued in large numbers and is of little value I'm afraid.
The Liberty Bell commemorative medallion must be from the USA, so I'm sure someone will know when and where it was struck...
