I don't see this listed under that coinsandcanada site. Die chips on "E" of "CENTS" and on "AD" of CANADA.

The one on the "E" is well visible to the naked eye.

Not die chips. The coin is rusting beneath the plating. The edges of the letters are the weakest point of the plating, moisture and air work their way in and......
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Wondering -- Does the bottom of the * E * in CENT look thicker at the bottom.....or flared more?

Those appear to be rust as well.
Unless and until I see an identical, coin all such "chips" in photos of plated coins are suspect as plating or corrosion issues.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
