Just looking for your opinions on this one.... An ebay seller (of course ) had this 1913 Buffalo nickel listed as a DDO a while back. It looks more like die fatigue to me. What do you think? Sorry for the poor pictures but its the best I could do off of what I got at the time... Thanks all

BTW.. I did buy it, it was in an old PCGS MS-63 holder, (unattributed by PCGS as an error) It didn't stir much interest in bidders as it came from a new seller with 0 feedback and I walked away with it for $33.50 shipping included, so regardless, I'm not upset about it... I took the risk and got a good deal regardless of "his" attribution, and he shipped it quickly to boot! He has since gone on to become powerseller and I have made other purchases from him...Anyway.. Back to the coin... My gut says Die Fatigue, I guess I'm just hoping for the jackpot. If nothing else I got a nice coin I can always turn around for a small profit in the future if I choose.

All these links should work now!

Whats getting me is the doubling is not completly surrounding the design like usual Die Fatigue... I see doubling on the upper side of the feather, alongside the vein of the feather and also under the third feather... Has chararistics of true doubling, but I just have never found a DDO before so I am doubting myself and what I see...

First image has spaces and parentheses in the file name. I think the administration warned against using such convention here before. The link is dead.

Second image is too close and too blurry to tell anything.

you are way too close. if you have to look that hard at anything you will find something. but if you have to look that hard is it really there? I don't see it
