So I grabbed these from my safety deposit box today and decided to take a few pictures. I am down to just 15.The ones missing are: 1880cc, 1881cc, 1885cc, 1888s, 1889cc, 1891cc,1892cc, 1893cc, 1893s, 1894, 1895, 1895o, 1895s, 1902s, 1903o. Grade wise I would say they vary from Fine to MS64. A few of the Morgan's missing I will probably never own. (1895, 1889cc, 1893cc, 1893s, 1894, 1895s)I will be happy if I could get the number missing down to 5. Several that are missing in the albums I have in slabs. Didn't take a picture of those although several of them have been in classic grading section from time to time. It's been fun putting this set together.

Very nice ... you should be pleased and proud of the set. Surprised that the 1895 (Philly) Morgan is required in the album. David

Connor,
Nice collection of Morgans! Have you stored them in that album for long? I'm curious if it is an older album, and if you can tell if it affecting the silver, especially the BUs.

Classic Coins...I have had them in the Dansco for about 2-3 years now. I have noticed very little if any toning during this time. Most of the BU's you see in these albums are common and can be found easily. All of my semi key BU's are in airtites or slabs. I don't want to crack these out for the reason of them possibly toning from being stored in the album. I would love to hear what others have to say about this who have stored them in Dansco's longer. Moe...Thanks for the compliment! I am looking forward to the 28 Days of Morgan dollars!

Nickelsearcher...I agree. I am just trying to figure out what I am going to fill that spot with. I love coins as much as the next person but I could never shell out that much money for a coin.

Those are beautiful coins! You have many reasons to be proud! It is odd that there is a spot for the 1895 though.

Great looking set Connor. All great looking coins. If you are able to afford it, I would shoot for a nice VF 1888-s, to me it seems like the price for that date has fallen sharply over the last 6 months or so. That is just my opinion.

It was kind of funny reading my original post over again. I now on two of the morgans I said I would probably never own (89cc and 93cc). It gets very addicting when you get this close.

I'm sorry I missed this topic when you posted it as I was out of town that week and off the grid. Anyways, great looking set of Morgans and congrats on scoring two biggies!
