MS-62 RD, just for the spots that distract the entire coin. Are those rusted dies I see?

No idea if it's rusted dies, just found it CRHing and thought it looked pretty darn nice for a '63

Nope, those appear to be carbon spots and they cannot be removed without damaging the coin.

I have a bunch of these with carbon spots..

Hate the carbon spots because, it takes so much away from the coin.

This one looks, MS-62/3 RD
