It definitely looks hubbed multiple times, but I'm not good at counting.

Looks to be TDO to me NICE FIND! Can you get a zoom of the first T in trust? This looks to be the most positive PUP in the CPG but that is a awesome coin!! Where did you get it? Speech speech!! Edit: I actually ment the second T of trust Heres a similiar coin I posted thats a confirmed TDO proof https://goccf.com/t/167149

Found this guy in a 1964 proof sealed envelope. Any one know if there would be a premium on this?
Looks a lot like yours rupester - was your date affected as well?

I think its a great coin and it has a twin!! Just lives in idaho!! Can you post a picture of the entire coin fron and back? To someone like me I would pay a premium 18-25 bucks some would pay more I possibly would depends if its in hand or ebay. But I am a kennedy fanatic its hard to say the old adage a coin is worth what someone would pay. From the images you have it could potential be a cameo? Not sure anyways awesome coin!! Thanks for posting it

Ps and yes the 4 of the date is same as your also the t,Y of liberty The 9 and 6 look doubled but I would probably have to heavy magnify for that. Yep I would say these two coins were not far apart in 1964!! Thats cool

It does appear to be a doubled die, possible TDO. On the TDO's they sometimes obscure the doubling. But I feel it is a TDO. Nice proof coin. I love searching the 1961-1964 proof cents for varieties.

I would say that it might.... see these: As for a premium, yes a big one...$100+ if I see this right. Mine was in that range but it is quad, I also count three on yours so if it gets 75% of my cost and it grades PR67, then $100 would be in the range..IMHO

Atsinger - that's a beautiful coin! The tripling is definitely not as dramatic as that quadrupling... but in the next set I send out for TPG, I definitely think I'll have her slabbed, labeled TDO, and dangle her out there to see if I get a bite... Hopefully now that the coin is out of the cellophane I can at least get the $23 I spent on the sealed envelope. I do feel bad for the set's orphaned coins, but I'll try to find homes for them too. Thanks for sharing!
