And having no oggled over this coin about a zillion times enjoying the PUP's of it I noticed it has QDO, this is something very different to me as I havent heard of this coin. With doubling other than a quick google search and some claims of DDO ahk's PLEASE let me know if anyone has heard of this CPG list a QDO normal hair and a QDR reverse ok I have pics now..starting at the 4 of the date and going around the coin ending with ST of trust OPINIONS PLEASE I see QDO TDO and DDO Edited by rupester 02/12/2014 08:11 am Report this Post to the Staff

Its my guess there is more of these,and correct me if I am wrong the die that created this coin was re-hubbed at least 4 times. Unsure about 1964 but in previous years of the Franklin half dollar proofs the dies had a small amount of coins that were pressed in between polishing and re die. . Perhaps someone is more familiar in mint proof coin production for early 64 on these first coins for 1964,i am unsure of exact mintages but the numbers that bounce around was of the 4 million Kennedy Proofs minted for 1964 around 100,000 were the accented hair variety. I would think these numbers are higher and perhaps someone here may know. But for a coin I did alot of searching for this is as cool as any coin in my collection. I am going to acquire another one. Just for arguement sake when vieweing the quadruple die the coin exhibits.perhaps someone else can check there AHK for QDO or DDO anyways thanks for the replies and feel free to comment and give any insight toward this thread.
