Don't know for sure without pics, but if they are of decent shape, I say go for it.

1821 Zacatecas is 8R and from what I can see a pretty common date. But for $20 out of the junk can I took a chance. Weight and ring test are good on both coins, edges look OK, so at worst I got some cc Spanish colonial silver for close to melt price.

The 1821 Lima 4R appears scarcer but not extraordinary. Photos when I can get to it.

You could buy a single of those coin for the same price, maybe a bit more, on ebay.
