Did you find that in your change? If so, then that's a rare find. Not valuable, but definately a rare fine. I've been searching Lincolns for decades and never found a partial off center. I've found a couple of blank planchets and a couple of clipped planchets, but that's after searching about 80 million pennies in my lifetime! The couple of offcenter Lincolns that I do own, were purchased from dealers. With a date, it would run about $5.
