jprine Pillar of the Community United States 1599 Posts	Posted 02/14/2014 02:58 am I bought 2 Jansjo leds less than a year ago and they work great, however, in the last couple of weeks, the toggle switches on both started having problems. I really have to keep fooling with one to keep the light on, the second one is not quite as bad but getting there. It is like they are shorting out. I guess I am going to have to swap out the switches. Anyone else having this problem? Report this Post to the Staff

Guess that's where they skimped to derive the cheap price. Still cheaper to swap in a couple new switches than to replace them. Report this Post to the Staff

brg5658 Pillar of the Community United States 627 Posts	Posted 02/27/2014 09:17 am I had this problem with the early switches also. The solution was to replace the in-line switch mechanisms. The switches from the linked website below are the exact switches that are on the newer IKEA Jansjo lamps, and they work like a charm.
