He's got all the bases covered, the coins could be any of, MS, PL or circulated by that description.

He's really missing the boat on this one.

I would pay big money to attend a grading seminar given by Asyn.

Then he could really make a 'mint' (pardon the pun).

Just WOW! I agree with double eagle about the seminar lol.

I still can't go over the grading graphic they give, just making something new up it appears terminology wise, I mean it tells you nothing as to how a coin is given a grade.

This being said I have bought from Asyn and have been mostly pleased with what I got as I believe many have. It is people that do not know grading I worry about though (i.e. new collectors-even though I could improve myself)

I bought one item from them.. didn't like it... sent it back... I have bought from them afterwards... and probably will again...

When I go on e-bay.. I honestly do HAVE to go to their store... I get a little chuckle... it's my comic relief in the day.. (the coin could be a slick and it will be called EF+) that's funny....

Pick and choose... pick and choose... I've bought from him in the past and the coins are almost always better-looking in hand than his ebay photos... of course you have to ignore his online grading but his prices are good. I'm a happy camper and will deal with him again.

I have to confess to guilty pleasure of buying from him too.....Mostly happy...But I say coin is Not as good as picture......I e-malled him last month when early (In posting process)I saw the coins pictured where not the description, the words for 2 pages were one coin down.....Laughable when It says 25c and it is a picture of a Nickel.....He thanked me back- which I thought was great.....(Unusual for his team- but great)....

I have noticed looking at the tokens that lately there's some sort of cover he's putting on the coins that makes the image a bit foggy.

Most of his images are very low resolution bulk scans with the coins in vinyl pages or flips to keep them place, then it looks like they are cropped, making for little detail.

For the "mintlike" term, I thought it may have been one of the employees getting mixed up over "prooflike."

I think it means AAU - almost about uncirculated.

"Mint", in the perspective of a simple English word, should mean "new" or "fresh from mint". "Mintlike" is either something that is no longer in mint condition (damaged by handling, etc.), proof-like finish, or bad grade.
