Very nice present. VF-30 edit Let me emphasis, "present." If it was a gift lets not forget the meaning, "Do not look a gift horse in the mouth." Hope it was from somebody that is your Buddy.

Thanks everybody.
I was thinking it was VF 20 because the hair and the feathers seemed weak, but I guess that is the case on the 32's. I have so much to learn.
Also, the dealer was concerned about it being a fake so he did use a drop of acetone on the MM.
John1, the MM for the 32 and the 34 are the same - according to Variety Vista -- but the picture there shows a nicer MM. The link provided shows a Stage B MM that looks pretty much like the one on my coin.

I am guessing VF-25. It's a nice coin to have in your collection. What a great gift !!

Mintmark looks right to me at first glance. A more CSI style photo would be helpful. The dark (black) around the mm on these is fairly typical. The scratch on the date would perhaps prevent it going into a no problem holder, and that reverse does indeed look like it has been cleaned. Though I have not been too successful calling cleaning of late . . . . None of that matters if this was a gift from a loved one. I have an old half-dime from my paternal aunt that is bent, corroded, holed, and worn practically smooth. It is the most treasured coin in my collection. Condition is inconsequential, keep it and love it until you are old and grey (assuming that is not already the case.
