Looks like it may be a VF but the softness of the reverse strike and worn out broken die make the detail for VF sketchy.

Thanks nlp, I appreciate you comments. I get the impression you have done this for a while and know what you are doing.
A lot of knowledge on this site.
Thanks.

Neat clashing! I'll say VF-20.
Rest in Peace

Thanks bpoc1. I hope I'm not ever-doing it. Since I've learned how to take decent pics I'm going through all the coins I've squirreled away and trying to catalogue it all. This is 40 plus years of accumulation. Most of my coins are low value common stuff.

Yeah, the clash of the motto ribbon above the date is super strong.

Late to the game on this one. A very nice O-103. I agree that the shattered die allowed for a lot of weak areas in the strike. I still believe this to be a fence sitter between 15 & 20. A real beauty!

I like F15 for this nice O-103. (An EASY Overton, for once, since I happen to have one!!)

My O-103 also has a bad reverse strike. I agree with jpbone: the shattered die killed the strike detail.

(Mine doesn't show the obverse die clash quite so well, though, but it's visible.)
