If a date was doubled on a true Doubled Die the part of the coin that is doubled needs to be the same height as the rest of the date. It also has to thicken the device. Yours actually is not raised but actually lower than the date on the coin and this is caused by the die deteriorating. Hope that makes sense and hope it helps. Happy Hunting!
