Is there a way to block sellers from showing up in ebay searches?

When you pull up a search category click on more refinements, seller, specific sellers and exclude. I usually have two windows open to copy and paste a seller's name. I use it all the time.

I use the method described above and then "follow this search" and then just go back to that search and type whatever I want to look for. I've got like 150 people on my list. I don't care much for people that sell "unsearched rolls" and people who sell only harshly cleaned coins and exclude them from my searches.
