I was going through my collection of eagles and stumbled on this one. looks like extra material on a 1/4 of the coin. raised edge and can be seen in pictures. do I have something here worth grading?

Sohailv, WELCOME TO THE FAMILY.......



I do believe the American Silver Eagle your photo's exhibit are a
"(coin)" struck off center (in the collar).I really do NOT think there would be any reason to have this graded, as it is not a rare occurrence, but that decision is up to you. I would like to see the side view of the area that appears raised, I appreciate your time and effort and look forward to those photos, THIS is just my opinion, Best of Collecting, Be Well, Mike......

I believe that is called finning. The planchet flows above the collar. No big premium for these unless it raises real high above the coin's rim.
