the extra D punching under the bust near the rim is faint. Reverse marker is a die crack and chips on the T of CENT. Your opinions please.

Looks correct. Stage "D" has the die scratches worn away. VLDS die state. Yours doesn't have the rim gouge, but has the die crack. So it might be a stage "E"? Wiles maybe interested in seeing it if he wants to pursue it further.
