Wyoming State Quarter Obverse Doubling?

This quarter looks to have doubling on parts of the motto. Namely the N in "IN" and also "GOD" The rest of the quarter looks normal. Please let me know if this is doubling or not, I am still trying to figure out the difference. I have also tried searching the net for it but haven't found anything yet. Thanks.

I don't know quarters all that great. It doesn't look like hub doubling to me. The letters would be wider imo.

It maybe very minor Machine Doubling. Note the overall size of the other devices around it? It is not wider or enlarged. It is the same overall size. The slight Machine Doubling (sometimes happens when the coin is ejected from the chamber touching the a die) damaged the coin in that area. It can happen on one or more devices. If it were hub doubling, it would have involved more devices (usually)equally. Here is an example of ejection doubling:
