Here is a quarter I bought a while back. I'm just looking for some preliminary opinions on it before I reveal any more information on it. I will say that it has been cleaned/whizzed/scrubbed at some point in the past.
Thanks!

Well the color looks fantastic but because of all of the tooling your described earlier it may be AT. If you're wondering about the grade I'd say VF-25ish.

Is that VF-25 figure your opinion of the technical grade or the net grade? If technical, I would disagree because it looks like a strong EF-40. If net grade, that would seem high, but I wouldn't know.

You are right about the AT, only in the fact that I put it in an old envelope and forgot about it for a period of months with the specific intention for it to tone, but the toning process was completely natural. I did that only to make the surfaces not have a washed-out white colour that was somewhat unattractive. It was my personal choice to improve the eye appeal.

I'll see what I can do. My photo-taking setup isn't very professional.
