Hi, been reading for a while.

It looks like PCGS started giving some coins the SWL designation. I got one a while back and agree with designation. This one is a 1950.

Personal opinion, but I do not agree that these are SWL. The waterline touches the canoe in each case. Second opinions? Am I off base here, or did PCGS get these wrong?

I agree with you, shouldn't be SWL if any line touches the canoe.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
