That is a type 2. Cant tell the date.

To me, it looks like a type II Buffalo nickel. I'm guessing from the photos, but the date looks like 1917.

Huh, good eye's people. It's a 1917 - P Type 2

Every Buffalo nickel after 1913 is type 2.
Only one year they made the type 1 for. Which was 1913, but
they also made 1913's that were type two's.
