The Die Chip on your coin is a very common error, but some of them are documented errors (usually they have many of those), some are not documented yet or might never be.

Here's a link to a page that shows a picture of a coin with the Die Chip under the D. The link is way near the bottom under More errors and Varieties Section. http://coinsandcanada.com/coins-pri...rs-1996-2014.
