Keep in mind that the 1989's had the RDV-006 dies. The devices are stronger/wider/thicker/enhanced more than on the RDV-005's. I see what you are looking at, but it maybe too minor to be listed. When you look at the last image you see the reverse. The devices look normal from it. It may be a very slight movement of the die that makes the notching that were are seeing in the image. When images are taken at too high of a power, nothing can seem like something in them. I'm guessing that the micro images were taken at 60X? Most collectors only buy doubled dies that can be seen at 10X. So looking too close is not a good use of time.
