I want to find a dateless Buffalo nickels date without using the chemicals. It is a s mint mark so it could be valuable. Please help!

I would say that could be a very tough challenge. If there is another way besides acid I would like to know that.

Only possible if it's a 1920, 1921, or 1924, which all have distinguishing characteristics exclusive to their years.
