I am looking for a 1923 s SLQ, and came across this one. A little spooked about the no return policy, and am I seeing some surface porosity that might be signs of a counterfeit? Seems a little too good to be true. Will look forward to responses. Thanks

I doubt anyone would counterfeit a grade so low that the date is barely recognizable. It looks lightly corroded, but it doesn't look suspicious to me.

I wouldn't waste my money, it's in poor condition. You need to be able to read the datefor it to be considered "good". I have worse condition standing liberties with clear dates.

Full retail on a G4 is 300. So there is no deal there. While you can read the 23 of 1923, it is not, IMO, a nice enough good to warrant paying FRV on it. I would wait for a better opportunity on a better coin.

It is a genuine 23-s but the price is a little too much for the condition.

Wait for a coin that has better eye appeal and you will be much happier in the long run.

Half the fun of this hobby is in the search.

On my smart phone I can't see the 23, but these guys know more than e any. But every standing liberty that was was g4, I can read them.
