Never again? Well, if you can never get coins from them again, the only thing else they can be used for is to dump your coins! They can't refuse to accept coins, right?

Did he break the rolls or keep them in the boxes? I had a friend back in college whose dad (he was out of work on disability) received a parking ticket he thought he didn't deserve, and broke $150 worth of pennies into gallon-size ziploc baggies to pay his ticket.
