I'm having a hard time tracking down details of this coin. Is it genuine? Has anyone seen one before?

Some kind of test token I would think but I can't find it. How big is it?

I believe it's a RCM token that you can strike on the mint tours.

It's the same size as a loonie. Interesting that it is likely a Mint tour strike as I'm sure it was found in pocket change. Thanks!
