I fished, boated, and generally explored the area until I got my driver's license anyway. I wish I had been into metal detecting at the time! Oh and my wife says I never grew up! Pacificoin Pillar of the Community Canada 5394 Posts	Posted 03/05/2014 8:57 pm Victoria is a great place for old British coins , hammered and milled both. In our shop over the years we bought LOTS of these type of coins. This one is probably lost or stolen from a collection. It is pretty doubtful from Sir Francis Drake's voyages.
