Nice purchase. Looks MS or almost so. I may be see a slight bit of wear on the eagle, I'll say AU-58.

I will say it grades AU-55. Is that a small rim Cud under Half Dol. on the reverse?

It looks to me like a rim bump under the HALF DOL, therefore I'll go AU53.

Nice coin, great die crack through the stars down to the foot, nice toning and it looks more like a Cud. If it is a Cud and not a rim ding, you might get lucky and draw a MS grade

Looks AU-58 to me. I think the die crack is neat too.

thanks for the grades everyone. It is a very nice problem free coin, and that is Cud on the bottom of the rim. I would probably grade a little lower then most of you at AU-53. Nice fields and detail, and the remaining luster is strong...but I dont think that there is enough luster to go AU-58 or MS, as it is limited to the more protected areas.
