Great score.

And great intuition to go there to see if there were more than the first 3.

After looking the coins through, no key dates, but boy I still enjoyed finding such a good score!

The cashier said that it was some lady coming in to buy a pack of cigarettes. As my father in law always says, "Can't fix stupid..."

And yet another collector spends his coin collection face value... Probably on cigarettes, judging by the amount of them...
If he just went to the local coin shop and sold 'em, he'd be able to buy 20 times more.

Assuming this was the collector. My guess is an heir, or a thief. Either way, the spending was probably from ignorance more than desperation. No matter, they found their way to someone who can appreciate them.
