Good catch--that's definitely the MPD! The Snow guide says that "die stage B" with the Cud is better.
I'm not sure what to make of the color. But surfaces don't look original for a coin with AU details. Too bright, but w/o cartwheel.
I'd have a better idea if I had it in-hand, but I'm guessing it has some light corrosion that was dipped away.

The surfaces definitely do not look original to me. However, I don't think the pic is the best either. I don't think the price is too high for such uncertainty.

Honestly, an IHC this reflective--but without 'cartwheel'--must be cleaned to some degree. This is a good learning tool.
If I were to sell this coin, I'd probably price it half that. So either the seller paid too much, or just wants too much.
