That's one of Frank's coins now, he is the MAN on Two Cent Pieces he has been my main 2¢ mentor over the past 2 decades. Though I still talk to Kevin Flynn he is not as into the varieties as much with all his other books he has put out and is putting out.
Frank does have some cool off center stuff he won't sell, but on his website he has a couple of Mercury dimes I wouldn't mind adding to the collection, both off centered.
