Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been around nearly as much as usual in the last there months or so.. After the new baby, the holidays and I've been teaching a wilderness survival/bushcraft class and have been doing a bunch of winter campouts, so all of that on top of life in general it's been hectic to say the least... but anyways I still try to check in as much as possible.

So I'm sure some of you remember I recently sent my 1853/4 Seated quarter in for grading and was quite happy with the details free slab it returned in- EF-45 ... FS-1301. Well, I stumbled across a coin I think would match it just perfectly! (One I never even knew existed, lol) A slabbed 1853... Seated dime (in the same new, yellow ANACS slab as my .25), BIN on the bay with no "best offer" option some time ago. But it was a tad higher than I wanted to spend so I put it on my watch list and saw it remain for sale for quite a while with no activity (a few watchers though).

So tonight I sent the seller a very polite message saying I wish there was an best offer option as I'd pay XX right now and a few other small talk things.... And I instantly got a reply saying that sounded fair and he'd changed it to best offer and that he'd accept my price! Very kind of him! So I instantly went, put my offer and it was accepted!

So what do you think? Do these two go good together? O, and feel free to guess on the grade as well... (Sellers pics of the dime)

First my quarter- 1853/54

Notice anything about the dime that may make is a perfect match for my quarter? Lol... Kinda hard to tell from these pics... I'll post a full slab shot tomorrow evening or so, but here's a hint..
