Please give your opinions on grade and value. I think this coin may have been wiped before, and understand the quality of the photos is not that good and cannot be for-sure.
Thank you!
**Im not very good at taking whole coin pictures, if close-ups are needed, they are usually better than the whole coin photos**

Here is the part that was cut off from the last image. Could this be the rare large letter reverse variety?

I'd agree on F-12 for grade but I'm no good at varieties.

F-15, looks like it has nice, original grey toning. There are 23 1830 Overton varieties. It would be helpful to see clearer images, and the whole coin for attributing the variety.

This is definitely not the rare large-letters reverse variety (O-114, R-6).

Clearer images of the shield and rims (without glare from the plastic) would be helpful.

Nice pics! Sorry, but I won't be able to determine the Overton variety tonight.

I like F-15, even possibly VF-20, IMO.

I like O-102/R-3 for this CBH. (The low E in STATES is a strong indicator of the B Reverse only used for O-102.)

I agree with Classic Coins: Your CBH is not the Large Lettered reverse. (On that one the D in UNITED and the S in STATES hardly have a gap between them.)

Moe and Ron,

Thanks for confirming O-102.

1916 D Merc,

Another hard to see but key diagnostic of O-102 is a tiny spike from the feather below the right wing as indicated by the arrow here:
