Looks aUNC to me. Probably worth $15.

Possibly has been wiped on the reverse as well

Thanks for this enworb and stevo1962. Not sure about the wiping but it was in my father's collection and hadn't seen the light of day for over 35 years.

Yep - I'm with enworb.

Somewhere between EF and aUnc would be pretty fair, from your images. (IMO)
