I was going through some of my fathers items. Trying to separate the good to the not needed and I came across these two coins I have no clue about them. I know they are from the area I was born at. But going through Google, I couldn't find anything about them.

Any input about them would be awesome

Hello and welcome, the place mentioned on the reverse has since closed down-I can give you it's former address in this link.

My opinion is that they had them made as a token, maybe given upon receipt of the bill. A token of a appreciation if you will.

It's in fab condition, but I cannot find any more of them. I'd keep it as a curiosity, maybe even a starting point for a collection? Hope this helps, but I feel I'm repeating what you have found already. Somebody else might know more, have a great day :).

Seems a token manufacturer in 1977 had a standard obverse with this image mimicking an Indian Head cent, and offered custom reverses of the customers' choice. Found the identical heads side on a coin that recently sold on ebay, with this reverse:

I have been looking around now and I just pressed it up against a normal penny and it is a little degree bigger then a penny. I have emailed the city hall in Anchorage Alaska for more information on the building since it has been closed for some time now.

Its one of those things you pick up and brings memories back from living up there and seeing stuff that my father liked
