2010 Haudenosaunee Dollar With Extra Lines

Here's a 2010 dollar I have. It has some extra lines in the design, looks like an overpolished die or something like that. Being in Canada, I don't see much of these, so it's hard to compare. Is that something already known for that year? And is it common?

I'm not sure what that is and have not seen it on any other coins like that.

Very interesting! I am assuming those lines are raised above the surface of the coin. My guess (and it's just a guess) is that it may be gouges in the die caused by the feed fingers that load the blank into the press. Some times they will hit the die and cause long, linear gouges on the face of the die. I'd keep it regardless though!

Interesting theories. I think I've seen a coin like that with a clash up on ebay some time ago, I think it was in that particular area of the coin as well. Polishing post-clash would make sense.
