Nice rotation! I suspect the soft feather tips and ribbon could be strike.
It's sorta hard to see the surfaces/luster...but it looks easily AU details.

Interesting coin, thanks for posting. It seems that there are circular indents inside the letters of "ONE CENT", is this due to the rotated die? As for grade I would say AU-50 as well.

I didn't notice the dots until I took the photos. I'll try an acetone bath.

AU50 details. I see a pitted reverse. For example, look between the right half of the shield and the NE of CENT. And to the left of the C in CENT or inside the C itself. This is in addition to the weird indentations, which alone would give it a details grade.
