I would grade this fine details, cleaned. A larger image may be needed to determine the variety.

I wish that photo was larger, too. Perhaps I'm seeing it wrong, but VF-30, I'd say, although it does look too white. I wouldn't be surprised if it's been at some point dipped or worse, abrasively cleaned.
