Wow... I'd so... However it is a pretty spectacular error for a proof, I wouldn't be suprised to see something like this sell for 2-3K

Reminds me of the old story of the kid with a lemonade stand. He was selling lemonade for $1,000,000 a glass. When asked about the high price affecting sales volume he replied, "I've only got to sell one glass."

If a proof coin can get out of the mint like that, is it any wonder why so many business strike errors do?

with chrycopaul...I thought those were "hand polished" or is that just the old days? I would assume they are are placed into the holder by hand to ensure they are not crooked. Makes me want to go look at my sets again!
