I've been quoted varying amounts, but I think the consensus is that a dealer might buy it for $40 or $50 and ask around $75 for it.

I think this error is called an offset ink transfer.

It's a neat error indeed.

Newbie question, but in errors like these, do the other notes from the same sheet usually receive similar printing erros as well?

Hi newby and welcome.

Usually with offset transfers the first few impressions are darker and subsequent impressions get lighter and lighter as the wayward ink on the rollers gets used up. Coverage on other notes (on the same sheet) is dependent on how much ink ended up on the roller to begin with.
