i have a couple questions about the reverse on this dime. 1 is on olive branch stem and 2 is right dot and lettering in e pluribus unum.i guess thats 3 questions

To me it looks like a die clash and a late stage die.

I agree. The eye area is in that area during a clash. The lower portions of the bridge of the nose and deeper part of the eye are close to the depth of the fields. Thus polished off after several cleanings to remove die clashes.
