I was going to guess PCGS MS64 with a gold beanie ... but you beat me to it.

It's not that unusual to find PCGS rattler coins undergraded according to today's gradeflation standards ...

This lovely MS64 Oregon Trail might go MS66 if cracked out and re-submitted today.
