Looks like lamination to me. Some of the surface seems to be peeling away and it looks like you can see 'under' it a bit.

A die crack would be more of a very slightly raised line.

I agree. Lamination run in straight lines. Die cracks are irregular and are raised from the surface of the coin as the crack on the die is incuse making the line raised on the coin.
