Odd Looking 1924-P LWC with PMD

Pretty sure it post mint damage but I figured its interesting none the less..

Such an odd looking post mint damaged 1924-p Cent

it is oversize about the same exact size a British farthing I know cause one was found in roll next to it.

it has almost uniform octagon like shape flat but some detail shows.

It is larger than a cent, so it couldn't have been used as a dime. The weight would be wrong to work as well. Someone having fun.

it was next right next to a wornout 1862 farthing in roll they both same size in same roll there was also a gold plated 1909 uncircualted coin turned into necklace and the lamination error I posted today as well. Must of been a collectors junk roll I think...
