Thanks in advance for all help/comments

I'm not sure that the ebay auction gives an accurate value of your note. The foldover error is much worse on that ebay note which resulted in almost all of the seal getting printed on the back and that note also has a cutting error at the top left corner due to the foldover. Still, your note has value and you should be able to fetch $100+ from this note without issue.
Rest in Peace

Pruah, nice find.
John1, started the leg work for you.
It is your turn next to keep searching for other sold prices, and see what you can get.
Keep the CCF members informed.

Looks like a fold over error prior to the 3rd printing. I think I see a fold down the middle so it's not "unc".

I'd give it a value of between 100$ and 150$ retail.

Keeping it or selling it is entirely up to you and based on your priorities. Would your kids or grandkids treasure it for years to come or would they just end up selling it? Could you use the money out of it to buy you something that you collect or need? Do you really like it?

Since you you got $1 in it you ain't gonna lose anything unless you give it away. You can show it to your LCS and see what they would offer you for it. You can toss it up on ebay and let the market decide what it's worth. An accurate description and great pics will help to sell your note and maximize your return. Your options are numerous and you just have to decide what works best for you.

Good luck and thanks for posting the pictures.
