This is why I liked it...and want it. I'm not a huge fan of any toning, I like'm white, but some of these well struck high grade toners are starting to call my name.

I understand this sentiment...I used to, and in some ways still do, feel the same way. I've been spending a lot of time reading up on how they grade the Washingtons (an in general any MS coin). There's also a set of PCGS webinars availbel on Youtube named Coin grading 101 - 103. After watching this and learning more on their grading standards, I get why this was graded at MS-67. In PCGS's standards, eye appeal is the last thing they consider. The largest weight is given to surface preservation, and in their words, Surface preservation, the absence of nicks, dings, bag marks and the amount of luster left on the coin, "covers a multitude of sins".
